Soon i will be buying a car. This will be my first car due to i am only 16. I was wondering which car would be a better buy. I want something that will be worth the money since i am paying for 3/4 of it. I want something that would be forgiving for a first time driver who is looking to get used to a manual shift and will last me till i am old enough to afford something really nice (evo IX MR hehe). I am also taking insurance as a factor. I have had no accidents, tickets, I make good grades, and i am a male. I am open to any suggestions and maybe a different car to take into consideration. Thank you.

i wouldnt buy new. the insurance would be through the roof just because your 16. but id go for the lancer. it performs alot better and will last longer. i would get a used honda prelude. theyre fast and the insurance would be much much lower.
