My girl friends daughter is 11 yrs old and she needs heart surgery to repair her life side of her heart.The mother is on a fix income and doesn’t have the money to purchase a bed. The mother is looking for a charity or foundation to help donate or privide her a hospital bed for her daughter.

I’m a disabled vet whose job was to disable roadside bombs in Iraq. I was good at my job, but that didn’t make me immune to fear. I didn’t want to be there, and I didn’t like being away from my family, but I stayed anyway. As good as I was my vehicle still got hit. All it takes is to miss one. I came back disabled, but not beat. I still have a job, and am about to start college. I donate 15% of every pay check to charity. I go every week to an inner city church and pray, hug, and feed the homeless. I plan to become a teacher in social studies. Now I don’t see anywhere in my life where I cared about evil greedy rich people or was selfish in any way, but maybe I’m wrong. Maybe your right for calling me un American, radical, or crazy. Maybe I have no legitimate reasons for believing the things I do. Maybe it’s just because of all the stereotypes and label you throw at me. Maybe I don’t really read or research what I believe. I don’t know, what do you think?
Your right, I do have the option to get free health care at the VA, but after two visits I decided to get private insurance.

I thought the name was something like “Goodbye Love.” The man is visiting her in the hospital. He leaves and gets into a car crash, and they use his heart for the surgery. I remember the refrain, “We have a donor…Prep him! Prep him!

I have a 1998 Chevy Malibu with 130,000 miles on it. I bought it four years ago for $4,900. Since then I have replaced the tires and all brakes (brand new). The engine has just expired and the car shop is saying that they will give me a used engine, 60,000 miles, with labor for $2,300. However, he also said that my transmission in on its last leg. So, should I get it fixed? If not, is it better to donate it or scrap it? PLZ HELP – I HAVE VERY LITTLE KNOWLEDGE WITH CARS!!

Eventually the most important question. Who should I give it to? You’ve assembled your list of groups that need a vehicle from churches, to community outreach programs. But in the end you only have one vehicle, and you can only give it to one group regardless of how bad all of them need one.
