I do, im not sure if this availeble in other states but in California they put a little Donor sticker on your license and if you die in a car accident you give permission for the hospital to take your organs and give them to trasplant patients. I fiure im dead already so why not help someone live.

you know how people make donations to the Sheriffs department thing and put the police badge sticker on their car figuring when they get stopped for speeding it will help. They still get a speeding ticket, go figure.
