go directly to tax act on line and begin, it automatically files under the right forms and it is free to file. Take advantage.

It depends on how much interest income you had and if you made enough donations to enable you to itemize.

You could use either a 1040A or a 1040. If you want to itemize, you’d have to use a 1040.

In general, 1040A. Consult a tax pro. It’s cheaper in the long run.

You probably have to file a regular 1040 along with a Schedule B for interest. You did not say how much interest income was earned nor how much you collected when you received a distribution from the IRA. (You stated that you had paid some ” withdrawal fee” from your fund.) I cannot give you a definitive answer without more information, but I would go with a regular 1040.
